New AT& T Plus Program Offers Loyal Customers Preferential Service. If you’ve stuck by AT& T through thick and thin, your loyalty is about to be rewarded. The carrier on Tuesday announced a new loyalty program called AT& T Plus which will offer its best customers preferential service, although the what and how folks meet the criteria is currently unknown.
